What is UPLIFT?

Welcome to UPLIFT, your premier destination for personalised fitness in the heart of Frankfurt. Our boutique Personal Training Studio is dedicated to delivering top-tier fitness experiences. We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality in personal training, backed by scientific principles that lead to amazing results in the real world. At UPLIFT, we believe in transforming aspirations into achievements, one scientifically guided workout at a time. We have different membership offers available but our most popular and main model is a Semi-Private Personal Training model. The sessions are run on a 1-to-4/1-to-6 basis meaning there is a maximum of 4-6 people per session! This ensures you get the attention that you need but can still enjoy the benefits of training in a supportive group.

The UPLIFT difference

At UPLIFT we do things differently. We genuinely care about our members and everyone is treated as an individual. We truly believe that health and fitness is for everyone and that everyone deserves to feel a sense of well-being, empowerment and belonging.

You will receive the correct amount of support, accountability and personal attention that is needed to achieve your goals. You will instantly be welcomed into the community and you’ll actually enjoy coming to training sessions. When you enjoy the journey, you get better results!

Why was UPLIFT created?

People don’t achieve their goals and/or they can’t stay consistent enough for many reasons but a lot of the time it boils down to 3 big areas:

1. Training (Having a suitable training plan, using correct and safe technique, knowing when and how to progress/regress etc, enjoying the progress)

2. Nutrition (Understanding and simplifying nutritional concepts, working on nutritional habits at a rate that leads to success, not doing crazy crash diets or following fads, enjoying food stress-free)

3. Accountability/Support/Community
(Having a network of people to support you on your journey, having a coach to hold you accountable, training in a fun and inspiring atmosphere)

Who do we help?

At UPLIFT, we work with anyone who we think we can help. We have a good mix of Expat and German members and we think this creates a very welcoming atmosphere. Most people come to us with one or more of the following goals:

  • Staying consistent with Training

  • Fat-loss / Muscle gain

  • Training for general health and mental wellbeing

  • Training safely around a current or previous injury

  • Simply getting started and getting out of a rut

  • Improving knowledge of training/nutrition

  • Training in a fun and supportive community

  • Athletes looking to improve their performance

We are not a Studio for steroid-taking Bodybuilders. We are a Studio for the normal everyday person who has one or more of the above goals and wants to achieve them in a fun and enjoyable manner.

An Intro to the founder:

Darren (31) is from Ireland and moved to Frankfurt (and Germany) in 2020. He holds both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Strength and Conditioning.

In Ireland, he worked a lot with high level athletes, helping them achieve peak performance. Through this he learned what it takes both mentally and physically to reach your potential.

Over the last few years, after noticing how many people struggle with their health and fitness, he started to develop a passion for showing the everyday person how to enjoy their routine, and through that achieve better consistency and therefore better results.

One of Darren’s main beliefs is that health and fitness should ADD to your life, not take away. You should have more energy, feel better, move better and be a happier and healthier person. It’s not about overly strict diets or using training as a punishment!

For Darren, community plays a huge part in people’s success and he wanted to create a fun, supportive and welcoming community in Frankfurt. A community that can face life’s challenges head on, leading to an empowered life for each member.
