To reach out to us, you have to book an Intro Call.
Intro Call is a brief phone call to answer any questions you may have. We will be happy to answer any questions, no matter how small.
We are looking forward to this call to get to know you and to see how UPLIFT fits into your Fitness journey.
➡ Book an Intro Call: Simply Click on the “Book your free Intro Call”, fill out the form, and choose a schedule that best fits you.
If you simply want to drop us a quick question, feel free to click “Ask a question” and we will answer your question as soon as possible.

Step Two: Intro Call
We’ll be in touch on the day of the schedule.
➡ Questions: Apart from answering your questions, we will ask a series of questions to see if our program is a good fit to what you are looking for.
➡ Schedule a Free Consultation: For a deep dive on how we can help you in your fitness journey, we will then schedule a time for your free consultation.

Step Three: Consultation
In-person meeting at the studio.
➡ Where & How long: The consultation is normally completed in person in the Studio and takes approximately 45 minutes.
However, if completely necessary, we can complete this step via video call.
During the Consultation, you will get clarity on how exactly our Program works. You will also get a mini- tour of our gym. :)

Step Four: Start your UPLIFT Journey
Once we’ve found the best plan for you, we’ll help you get signed up to our training app and show you how to book in for your first session. We’ll take you through everything step by step so that you aren’t left confused and annoyed by the process.
It’s important to us that you feel comfortable starting your journey. It can be daunting signing up to something new and we want to make you feel at home here at UPLIFT.
