Semi-Personal Training

Our most popular option

  • This is our most popular option for a reason!

    • 2-4 Sessions per week

    • Maximum of 4-6 people per Session to ensure high quality

    • Semi-Personalised training program based on your specific needs

    • You want high quality coaching at a cost effective price

    • You enjoy training with like-minded people who are on the same mission as you

    • You want access to a flexible training schedule

    • You want to stay consistent with your training long term

Online or Hybrid Training

For flexible training options remotely

  • Online:

    • Completely individualised training plan based on your needs and goals

    • Weekly check in message

    Hybrid:

    • Everything in Online plus..

    • 1 x 1-to-1 session every 6 weeks to run through the program in-person. This is to ensure you are comfortable with all the exercises and that the exercises suit you

    • You can’t train with us in person

    • You already have another gym membership but aren’t achieving your goals there

    • You are self-motivated and self-disciplined enough to complete sessions on your own

We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality in personal training, backed by scientific principles that lead to amazing results in the real world. At UPLIFT, we believe in transforming aspirations into achievements, one scientifically guided workout at a time. We have different membership offers available but our most popular and main model is a Semi-Private Personal Training model. The sessions are run on a 1-to-4/1-to-6 basis meaning there is a maximum of 4-6 people per session! This ensures you get the attention that you need but can still enjoy the benefits of training in a supportive group.
