What happens when you click the button?
1. Book your No-Pressure Intro Call.
Pick a time for a quick 10-minute phone chat. No weird sales pressure. Just a relaxed conversation to see if we can help.
2. We check the fit.
On the call, we’ll discuss your goals, your previous experience, and what you’ve struggled with. If we both feel UPLIFT is the right environment for you, we’ll get you booked in for a Studio visit.
3. Your free Studio Consultation.
You’ll visit the studio to meet us and see the space in person. If you love the vibe and are ready to take control, we’ll finalise your plan and get you started.
Why UPLIFT Exists
I built UPLIFT because I kept seeing the same pattern over and over. People wanted to improve their health and fitness and they would join a commercial gym, or grind through home workouts and apps, and after a few weeks they'd quietly give up. They'd come back a year later and try again. Same outcome.
I knew the issue wasn't them. It was that they were doing this the hardest way possible: alone and with no support or guidance.
Personally, I'll train alone when I have to, but it always feels like a to-do. Training with the right group turns it into something I genuinely look forward to. UPLIFT is built around that. A small studio focused on coaching, care, and what actually makes training stick.

Simple, honest pricing
Memberships range from €45 to €85 per week, depending on how often you train. Most members choose the €65 per week option or some choose the 45 per week option to start out.

This is for anyone who feels they need more support and guidance to achieve their health and fitness goals. It doesn’t matter if you’re a complete beginner or you’ve trained a lot in the past, we adapt the training to you.

Generally anyone with a super specific goal like someone looking to compete in bodybuilding, powerlifting etc.

Absolutely not. That’s like asking do I need to fix my car before bringing it to the mechanic. We are here to start you from your level and progress you safely and effectivley. We adapt to you.

Our main offering is Full Body Strength and Assistance sessions. These are designed to be extremely effective both short and long term. We spend a lot of time building the training plans and follow a periodised training cycle throughout the year. We don’t want to bore you by nerding out on sports science but if you have more questions we’ll happily talk about it for hours :)

Our Semi Personal Training sessions are 45 minutes and are designed based on scienctific evidence but also with real life factored in.

This is all covered as we save your sessions so you can use them anytime within a 6 month period. We also have video workouts that you can follow along to while you’re away to keep your progress going.

We have a full timetable where you can book in for whatever sessions work for you.
Mon/Wed/Fri: Morning, Lunch, Evening
Tues/Thurs: Evening
Sat: Morning, Lunch and early afternoon
So basically nearly any time that you would need. -
We have an extremely fair cancellation policy of just 6 hours. Most studios do 24 hours or more. again, our goal is to that you actually train consistently so we have set everything up to optimise that :)

Our expert coaches will take you through absolutely everything based on your starting level. This is the benefit of having only 4 people maximum.

Over the last 15 years I’ve coached thousands of sessions from 1:1 Personal Training all the way up to large groups with 35-40 people.the absolute best bnalance is 4 or less because it still keeps the quality of personal training but introduces the benefits of group training too.

At the moment the sessions and coaching are all carried out in English. Because a lot of things can be demonstrated, you do not need to have a high level to make it work. We have members from all over the world.
